Strata is a pet-friendly community!

• Refundable pet deposit: $300
• Monthly pet rent: The greater of $35 per month or 1.5% of the base rent
• Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
• Maximum pet weight: 85 lbs

Restrictions: Dogs of a class with known vicious or aggressive propensity shall not be permitted. Examples of these breeds (but not exclusive): Pit Bulls (Bull Terriers or American Staffordshire Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, and Huskies, full blood or mixed at any percentage are PROHIBITED from residing at this community. If a dog resembles any of the above breeds, management may refuse to accept

Assistance Animals are not considered pets and are not subjected to some of the above limitations (such as breed restrictions and fees). However, you must obtain prior written approval from management before bringing your assistance animal on the property.

We offer 12–15 month lease terms. Short-term leases may also be available based on availability and are subject to an additional monthly short-term lease fee.

Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for both residents and guests. All vehicles must be registered through ParkM and display a valid parking permit.

• Resident parking: $12 per vehicle, per month
• Guest parking: $5 per night

Residents are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, sewer, trash, natural gas, and a monthly utility administration fee.

Renters insurance is required for all residents. You may either provide your own renters insurance policy that meets the community's coverage requirements or enroll in the property's Liability Waiver Program for $12 per month.

• Several RTD bus routes serve the Green Valley Ranch area, with stops along Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and nearby arterial roads.
